    We take a download of each position on our standardized Trio format detailing the job description, position brief and candidate fitment criteria.


3. SEARCH STRATEGY

    We prepare a search strategy for each assignment basis which our research team maps relevant industries and organisations to shortlist relevant candidates.


4. PROFILE VALIDATION

    We minutely scrutinize the profile of each candidate to ascertain a first level fitment to qualification, age, years of experience, functional & industry expertise and other parameters.


5. CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT

    Where possible, we conduct a face to face meeting (else a telecon) with the candidate to assess deeper aspects like roles & business managed, team size, geographies handled, leadership style, growth achieved in each organisation worked, stability, need for change, career aspirations, family constraints and above all, culture fitment.


6. COUNSEL & MENTOR CANDIDATES

    From rationalizing the progressive value of the offered role to helping overcome the candidate's corporate inertia, we counsel and guide them throughout the hiring process till they settle down in the new organisation. Our vast industry knowledge and a transparent approach help us build a strong connect with our candidates.
