A Chartered Accountant by profession, Vikram served as a Head of Finance in a Dutch company till Y2K, before switching roles & moving into executive search, one of the fastest growing industries of its time.
Vikram has extensively helped Indian and global companies hire senior level executives across nearly all industries, successfully closed innumerable key positions, and mentored candidates across levels.<\/p>
In his previous role as the Chief Operating Officer and Head Leadership Search, he helped grow the executive search firm, Grassik, from a 5-member team to a 50-member team.
