Vikram has over 20 years of proven experience in executive search at senior to top levels across functions and industries. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Vikram served as a Head of Finance in a Dutch company till Y2K, before switching roles & moving into executive search, one of the fastest growing industries of its time.
Vikram has extensively helped Indian and global companies hire senior level executives across nearly all industries, successfully closed innumerable key positions, and mentored candidates across levels.
In his previous role as the Chief Operating Officer and Head Leadership Search, he helped grow the executive search firm, Grassik, from a 5-member team to a 50-member team. Vikram has been quoted in leading publications for his expert views on executive search, career development and leadership.
Vikram has founded Trio Talent Search with a vision to add value to the talent hiring process and enhance the delight quotient for everyone associated with it by building trusted relationships through genuine dedication and compassion, agile professionalism, top-notch service quality, and warm persuasion.

Meenakshi brings a rich experience of over 14 years in the field of Executive Search, Operations, Sales and Customer Service.
An intuitive negotiator, Meenakshi is an expert in top level searches and has in-depth knowledge of several industries and functions. Over the years, she has amassed extensive hands-on experience in Client engagement, Research, Candidate management & Assessment.
Prior to co-founding Trio Talent Search, Meenakshi worked with Grassik Consultants, American Express Service Centre and ATS Services.

Prior to Trio, Shweta was last working as Business Head with Spectrum Talent Management . Her previous assignments include - QuessCorp. (IKYA), First Advantage (FADV), Manpower India and Career Cruise.
